We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Azure Machine Learning and Generative AI to support a project focused on analyzing and understanding financial documents. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with RAG architectures, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks, along with a solid understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, expenses, compensation, and ledgers.


What skills are required:

Deep, strong Python experience
Gen AI – have to understand how to do RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and LLM’s (large language models)
Agentic AI
ML understanding
Building data pipelines but there is another thar does that piece so they will only do a little but of this.
Someone in accounting/finance. Someone that understands things like profit and loss, accruals, how you work with product lines, product lines budget, expense compensation, P&L’s , explains, applying AI on General Ledger, variance analysis and using AI to explain the variances.
This team is training the models as part of the use case so this person will need some experience doing that.
They are using Data Factory, AI Cloud Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure Blob Storage, and Cloud Foundry deployed on Azure so looking for experience with these.
Good overall understanding of AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. Understanding of how they process a pdf, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.
EXCELLENT Communication skills. They have to able to be on video and run meetings.
They have to be super technical, hands-on, address problems quickly, and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
Getting ahold of finance teams is hard so they have to be ok with that


 Skills that are a plus:

Someone with experience at an oil and gas company specifically within the accounting area
Bachelor is ideal but if they do not have one still will be considered
