ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer impact. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role blends technical implementation, creative problem-solving, and direct collaboration with customers. Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into technical AI solutions. Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows—integrating data sources, models, APIs, and platform components. Prototype and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. Partner with engineering and product teams to influence platform roadmap through customer feedback. Build reusable templates, connectors, and automation components to accelerate future implementations. Lead technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and hands-on workshops for clients and internal teams. Monitor and optimize performance, security, and compliance of deployed solutions. Technologies We Use Languages: Rust, Python, Typescript, GraphQL Infrastructure + Tools: AWS, React, Postgres, Terraform, Tofu Qualifications Experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML solution delivery. Proficiency with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS) and experience with LangChain or CrewAI. Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, or orchestration tools. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A builder’s mindset and comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and working in a startup environment.
