In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers, senior stakeholders, and cloud partners to identify high-impact AI opportunities and design scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. Title :AI Solutions Engineer- GenAI & Agentic AI Location : Remote Work Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities: Design and shape Agentic AI and Gemini Enterprise solution architectures to address real-world enterprise problems, balancing considerations such as scalability, performance, cost, security, and maintainability. Lead AI discovery workshops with enterprise executives and business leaders to identify high-impact Generative AI (GenAI) opportunities aligned with business priorities and operational challenges. Guide customers through the end-to-end GenAI adoption journey, including use-case identification, architecture design, proof-of-concept development, and enterprise deployment strategies. Translate business challenges into structured AI solution approaches, including defining architecture patterns, technology selection, and implementation strategies. Architect and prototype agent-based AI systems using modern frameworks such as Agent Development Kit (ADK) and related orchestration patterns including agent loops, tool calling, guardrails, and memory layers. Collaborate closely with Google Cloud teams and senior enterprise stakeholders to design solutions leveraging the Google AI ecosystem, including Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and related AI services. Support Proof of Concept (PoC) development and demonstrations to showcase the “art of the possible” and validate the business and technical feasibility of AI solutions. Participate in customer-facing architecture discussions, helping organizations evaluate GenAI architecture decisions and select the right patterns for enterprise-scale deployments. Contribute to enterprise AI transformation initiatives, helping organizations operationalize AI workflows and integrate agentic systems into real business processes. Assist in defining success metrics, adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes to ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible business value. Support customer enablement and training programs, including workshops, knowledge sessions, and advisory engagements that help enterprises scale AI adoption internally. Communicate complex AI and technical concepts to business stakeholders using clear, practical explanations and real-world analogies. Provide strategic advisory support during solution delivery by collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing architectures, and ensuring alignment with customer goals. Requirements: Strong Experience in AI/ML, solution engineering, or cloud-based application development, with exposure to designing or implementing AI-driven solutions. Strong understanding of Generative AI and agent-based architectures, including concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-powered workflows, and enterprise AI applications. Experience building or prototyping agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud, including AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, and related infrastructure components. Ability to translate business challenges into AI solution approaches, including defining architectures, identifying use cases, and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) development. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical teams and business leaders. Experience participating in customer discovery sessions, workshops, or technical solution discussions with enterprise stakeholders. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with cloud architects, AI engineers, product teams, and enterprise leaders. Demonstrated ability to learn emerging AI technologies quickly and evaluate new tools or frameworks for enterprise adoption.
