About this role: As an AI Field Engineer, you’ll be the hands-on technical expert who makes the magic real for customers. You’ll be the first call when prospects or customers hit the limits of documentation, self-service, or conventional thinking — and the person who turns messy, real-world challenges into elegant AI-powered solutions. In the short term, you’ll be the go-to technical partner for Customer Success and Sales, helping with discovery, troubleshooting, prototyping, data analysis, and Sprint-to-Value onboarding. Long term, you’ll guide customers to extract maximum value from PeopleReign, design and de-risk novel use cases, and influence the future of our product by sharing the voice of customers. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who loves solving hard problems, building with customers, and is ready to define the future of enterprise AI. In this role you will: Serve as a customer-facing product expert, guiding prospects and customers through discovery, rapid prototyping, workflow design, and hands-on implementation. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to shape business cases, validate use cases, and support end-to-end value delivery. Own or support technical delivery, including integrations, configurations, JavaScript scripting, Python scripting, API work, and the design of intelligent workflows. Lead the technical side of Sprints-to-Value, accelerating onboarding with strategic guidance and iterative solutioning. Translate customer challenges into product insights, contributing clearly articulated use cases, requirements, and feedback that improve the platform and documentation. Communicate technical designs and value to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and momentum. Scripting experience with JavaScript; minimum skills equivalent to HackerRank JavaScript Basic certification, Intermediate preferred.
