Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning and NLP algorithms for classification, ranking, matching, and semantic search using real recruitment datasets.
Fine-tune, and evaluate models using Python and AI/ML frameworks with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
Build data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training using Pandas or PySpark
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments using FastAPI
Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability across cloud environments (*This is a must have*)
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or 5-10 years of hands on Software Development experience
3–5 years of hands on experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow
Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LLaMA, GPT-based models, Mistral, etc.) and building NLP pipelines.
Experience using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) for semantic search or recommendation systems.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing AI applications for search, matching, recommendation systems, or chatbot-style interactions.
Understanding of RAG frameworks, embeddings, and LLM prompting strategies.
Exposure to Airflow, Prefect, or other orchestration tools.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL tools, or distributed computing frameworks.

Salary Description

 $110,000 – $135,000 (based on experience and technical specialization)
