Responsibilities Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents. Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows. Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar). 2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithm design and validation. Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents. Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, production level prompt-engineering. Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
