Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver working solutions. Follow established engineering standards for reliability, security, and compliance. Minimum Requirements 3–6 years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering. Experience building and deploying backend services or data-driven systems. Hands-on experience using language model platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock). Proficiency in Python and API-based system development. Experience with cloud-based deployments, preferably AWS. Familiarity with workflow automation or orchestration tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with retrieval systems, vector search, or document-based AI workflows. Familiarity with observability and monitoring for AI services (quality, latency, cost). Experience working in regulated or data-intensive environments. Interest in growing into a senior or staff-level AI engineering role.
