About the Opportunity

We are seeking a creative, technical, and solution-oriented AI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy custom AI agents and automated workflows.
Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) with third-party applications via APIs.
Develop and optimize prompts (Prompt Engineering) to ensure high-quality outputs.
Build and maintain scalable back-end logic to support AI implementations.
Collaborate with the product team to identify new opportunities for AI integration.
Troubleshoot, test, and iterate on AI models to improve accuracy and performance.
Maintain clean, documented code and stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends.




Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience building AI-powered applications or automation workflows (Portfolio or GitHub projects are a huge plus).
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
API Integration: Strong experience working with REST APIs and database management.
English Proficiency: B2/C1 level (Fluency is required for documentation and international team collaboration).
Problem-Solving: Ability to take a complex business problem and translate it into a technical AI solution.
Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
Home Office: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote setup.
