Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions across ConnectHealth’s business operations. This role will work closely with leadership and operational teams to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven workflows that improve speed, visibility, and scalability across the organization.



This role will have direct impact across core areas of the business including provider credentialing, recruiting workflows, billing and invoicing processes, reporting, and internal operations.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered automation across ConnectHealth workflows
Build integrations between internal systems and SaaS platforms via APIs
Develop AI agents and automated processes to support business operations
Automate operational workflows across areas such as recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing, and reporting
Improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tooling
Work closely with leadership to identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement solutions
Create scalable automation frameworks that support company growth
Required Skills

Python
API integrations
Experience with OpenAI / LLM tools
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
Workflow automation design
Prompt engineering
