Job Title: .NET SQL developer

Location :Remote

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Backend Developer with a strong background in SQL, JSON data manipulation & enterprise-grade backend services. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions that support large-scale health and human services systems.

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using .NET (C#)
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Work with JSON-based data formats for configuration, integration, and data exchange
Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers
Support infrastructure-as-code (IAC) patterns in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in product design discussions and ensure compliance with client requirements and system consistency
Provide technical consultation and support to internal teams and senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

8+ years of professional backend development experience with .NET / C#
Strong expertise in SQL Server and complex query development
Proficiency in JSON, particularly for API data handling and configuration management
Familiarity with Agile / Lean / SAFe development methodologies.
Working knowledge of Git, GitFlow (or similar version control strategies), and CI/CD pipelines
