Pay Up to $15 an hour Job type Contract   Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Designer and Developer with a strong background in graphic design, SEO campaign management, digital marketing, and feature development for network analytics. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive WordPress websites that drive engagement, support business goals, and contribute to marketing intelligence through custom analytics tools. You will also lead SEO and campaign-driven projects, integrate CRM and marketing systems, and help design new data-driven features such as dashboards and analytics visualizations. The ideal candidate brings together technical expertise, a marketer’s mindset, and a designer’s creativity. Responsibilities Design and develop custom WordPress websites using themes, builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi), and custom code (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript). Implement SEO best practices and manage SEO campaigns to increase visibility and improve search performance. Create and update visual assets including banners, UI elements, and social media graphics. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align website features with campaign goals and user flows. Develop custom features and dashboards to support network analytics, user behavior tracking, and marketing attribution. Optimize website performance, responsiveness, usability, and security using modern web development practices. Monitor and report on key website and network metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and custom solutions. Integrate marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM platforms with WordPress for lead capture and segmentation. Maintain plugins, backups, core updates, and resolve issues across WordPress environments. Ensure brand consistency across all web and digital assets. Stay up to date with WordPress developments, emerging analytics technologies, and design/UX best practices. Experience Proven experience designing and developing WordPress websites (please include portfolio). Strong graphic design abilities using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and campaign execution. Hands-on experience building and integrating custom analytics features, dashboards, or marketing intelligence tools. Familiarity with performance optimization, schema markup, and cross-browser compatibility. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; PHP experience preferred. Experience with WooCommerce, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and event-based tracking. CRM and API integration experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams is a plus.
