Full job description
We are seeking a motivated Web Developer to join our remote team and contribute to building and enhancing e-commerce websites, primarily on Shopify. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of web development experience, preferably with e-commerce platforms. However, we also welcome applications from recent graduates with strong technical skills and a passion for web development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Shopify e-commerce websites.
Customize Shopify themes and integrate third-party apps/plugins.
Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces across devices.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver project goals.
Troubleshoot, test, and debug website issues.
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and conversion.
Stay up to date on e-commerce and web development trends.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–2 years of web development experience preferred (Shopify or other e-commerce platforms).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with React, Vue.js, or other JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of Shopify Plus or other platforms (WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
Basic understanding of digital marketing or analytics.
