Web Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving websites and web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance web experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in web development who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects. Mid-level candidates will have the opportunity to take on more complex projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual elements and improve usability
Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side functionality
Debug and troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-device issues
Optimize websites for speed and performance
Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices
Participate in code reviews and team meetings
Contribute ideas to improve design, workflow, and technology stack
Qualifications:

Required:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with at least one front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect with them
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and time management skills
Preferred (not required):

Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.)
Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design principles
Familiarity with basic DevOps concepts or cloud platforms like AWS or Netlify
