Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly websites that align with our brand's vision and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing layouts, enhance user experience, and ensure the functionality of web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, web technologies, and user-centered design practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing websites that enhance user experience and meet client requirements.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
Conduct user research to understand target audiences and incorporate findings into design strategies.
Utilize content management systems like WordPress to manage website content effectively.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Axure and Visio.
Ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, focusing on responsive design principles.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design.
Work with SQL databases to manage data-driven applications as needed.
Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
Proficiency in web design tools and technologies including Angular, WordPress, Axure, Visio, and content management systems.
Familiarity with user research methodologies to inform design decisions.
Strong understanding of UI principles and best practices for creating intuitive interfaces.
Experience working with SQL databases is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
