Come work at an established Digital Agency in North County San Diego that values your skills and gives you the freedom to create. As a Web Designer, you'll take full ownership of your projects from initial client requests and platform research through design, development, launch, and QA. You’ll work on exciting projects that blend creative design with smart technology choices. You’ll collaborate with our project managers and developers, while using modern tools including AI to streamline your work and spark ideas. We’re a small, hands-on team that works across all kinds of industries from health and hospitality to e-commerce and tech, which keeps things fresh and fun. This is a hybrid position with a consistent in-office schedule Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. What You’ll Do Own the Website Process Take client requests and turn them into complete, functional websites Research platforms, plugins, and technical stacks to find the best-fit solution Collaborate with our team to deliver on time and exceed expectations Design + Build Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using modern tools Design and develop using WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify and other tech stacks.
