Caspio, the leader in low-code application development, is looking for a Web Application Developer to join our dynamic Professional Services team. As a Web Application Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing custom internal and external web applications using the Caspio platform and other modern web technologies. You will architect and lead medium to large-scale solutions while collaborating closely with Project Managers and customers - from planning and design through testing, deployment, and maintenance. What You’ll Do Gather, document, and analyze internal and external customer requirements to understand their application needs and vision. Create accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentations, and outline workflow of customer projects. Lead architecture and development of medium to complex projects. As the main developer and solution architect for projects, ensure a robust and quality solution implementation. Partner with Project Managers regarding the project status, timelines, financials, and reporting throughout the project development cycle to ensure the successful deployment of projects on time and within scope. Design, test, and implement solutions based on Caspio products and technologies and effectively integrate into the customer’s infrastructure while leveraging common and security best practices. Communicate and coordinate specs, bugs, customizations, and product ideas with internal teams and facilitate completion of requirements and deliverables. Demo projects, gather feedback, and revise components as requested by customers. Provide maintenance support to PS customers pre-release and post-release as needed. Provide Tier 2 support for complex technical questions, tech-tips, and escalated support tickets as needed. Contribute to Professional Services knowledge base, best practices and reusable works. Educate other team members and customers alike on innovative ways to utilize Caspio platform. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of hands-on coding with web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). 2+ year of experience in web application development. Strong knowledge of SQL/database design, JQuery, AJAX, XML, REST/SOAP APIs. Ability to build clean, scalable code from scratch. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. and let’s create amazing things together!
