We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Engineer to help design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for a groundbreaking healthcare application. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating responsive and engaging designs that enhance the user experience for patients, providers, and caregivers navigating complex healthcare needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including app developers, backend engineers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring responsiveness across devices. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate design concepts. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the application. Implement feedback from users and stakeholders to improve usability and accessibility. Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions. Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of designing responsive web and mobile interfaces. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Passion for creating user-centered designs that make a meaningful impact. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Team players with a desire to learn, iterate and move quickly Ability to commit to a minimum of 4+ hour work weeks Ability to attend weekly standup meeting (conference call with desktop/ laptop access for screen sharing) HealthTech experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field is a plus NOTE: Your first assignment will involve launching a fundraising campaign. iHealth will provide comprehensive guidance and resources to help ensure your fundraiser is both quick and successful.
