Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 3+ years of experience in creating impactful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights using Microsoft Power BI, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) and perform data transformation using Power Query (M language) and DAX.
Develop data models, relationships, and calculated measures.
Optimize and enhance dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and scheduled data refreshes.
Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and UAT with business users.
Maintain and support existing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
Hands-on experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL / MySQL.
Knowledge of Power Query (M) and data transformation techniques.
Understanding of KPIs, trend analysis, and visual storytelling.
Experience integrating Power BI with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and BI development lifecycle.

Pay: From $400.00 per month
