As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with our most advanced customers to help them design scalable systems, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in blockchain infrastructure. What You’ll Do Architect and Advise: Help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure — from smart contract automation to custom data pipelines. Drive Adoption: Deeply understand customer goals and proactively guide them through onboarding, integration, and long-term success. Prototype and Integrate: Write light code (scripts, SDK integrations, custom workflows) to help customers unlock the full potential of our stack. Influence Product: Be a voice of the customer — translate needs from our most demanding users into product insights and roadmap priorities. Build Relationships: Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical blockers, future planning, and success metrics.
