We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Mobile team and help drive our mission to empower healthcare professionals. As a Software Engineer on the Mobile team, you’ll take ownership of high-impact features and user flows that help clinicians register, create profiles, and find job opportunities. What you’ll do:Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build high-quality mobile experiences using React Native and TypeScriptLead end-to-end development of features and user flows in our iOS and Android applicationsShip iteratively, starting from MVP to full-featured implementationsArchitect scalable, well-tested, and maintainable mobile solutionsContribute to shared UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across the appProjects: You’ll work on core features within our mobile app used by healthcare professionals, such as:New user registrationExisting user profile enhancement User job searches and job application flowsYou’ll also contribute to the mobile platform infrastructure, including:Continuous Integration and build automationEnd-to-end testing and release stabilityMaintaining up-to-date, secure, and performant dependenciesWhat we’re looking for:4+ years of advanced mobile development experience using React Native and TypeScriptExperience with native mobile languages such as Objective-C, Swift, Java, or KotlinBackend experience with NodeJS/Express as a plusStrong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimizationExperience integrating with Redux or other state management solutionsFamiliarity with mobile-specific testing tools and practicesExperience with expo pluginsKnowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architectures, and PostgreSQLExcellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teamsExperience with generative AI and designing agentic user flows that leverage AI to assist or automate user tasksWhat we provide: (Benefits & Perks)The estimated range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 yearly salary plus equity, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.
