We are seeking a product-focused Software Engineer to join our team! 

Some of the things you will work on and impact:

own end-to-end delivery of essential, core functionality for Rescale customers as well as rapidly iterating on new product ideas.

work with your teammates to build and maintain high quality automation for building and testing our main customer-facing platform.

develop and maintain critical areas of the product including identity management, elastic cloud workstations, and job metadata.

build a scalable frontend foundation for other internal engineering teams to use.

What we’re looking for: 

2+ years of full-stack experience building performant, modern UIs using React and Typescript as well as backend web application development.

Expertise or strong interest in the following areas: web performance optimization (including ORM and DB profiling), deploying and scaling web applications using cloud services, application security

High enthusiasm for supporting both rapid proof-of-concept prototypes as well as robust, mission critical components for both internal and external stakeholders.

Comfortable with ambiguity, strong user-first mindset, and ability to come up with non-regrettable technical solutions.

Flexibility and dedication to work with designers, product managers, and other engineers in a team to ship exceptional software.

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
