The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Software Engineer on behalf of a global tech-driven trading company that builds intelligent systems for market analysis, high-frequency execution, and portfolio optimization. You’ll help create scalable tools and infrastructure to support data modeling, machine learning deployment, and front-to-back trading workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain robust web platforms that support internal operations and customer-facing tools
Own both frontend and backend codebases, ensuring smooth functionality and clean architecture
Help architect and integrate AI/ML-driven features into core systems
Partner with internal teams to find creative ways of using data to drive strategic and operational outcomes
Develop predictive algorithms that optimize trading signals, user experience, and performance insights
Build out internal testing frameworks to evaluate model accuracy and A/B results
Monitor system health to ensure stability and scalability of deployed applications and models
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in machine learning, AI, and full-stack development
Guide and support peers through knowledge-sharing and mentoring on emerging technologies
Work extensively with modern frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, React, and Vue
What We’re Looking For

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (graduate degree preferred but not required)
6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, or 5+ years in a comparable technical role
Deep proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C++, PHP, or JavaScript
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and core CS principles
Prior experience developing full-stack systems using frameworks like Django and FastAPI for backend, and React or Vue for frontend
Exposure to building and integrating ML/AI tools, with a grasp of system design and data pipelines
Demonstrated success in leading software development projects from planning to deployment
Comfort navigating complex technical challenges and troubleshooting high-impact issues
Clear communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to mixed audiences
Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
