We're looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to help scale our AI capabilities and lead the development of product-facing applications powered by LLMs and ML capabilities. In this role, you’ll play a central part in turning state-of-the-art AI into intuitive, reliable experiences that solve real problems for legal teams. As a key member of the AI teams, you’ll work across the stack to design and ship user-facing features, build scalable systems that integrate with LLMs, and help shape the technical strategy behind Ironclad’s AI product surface. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and designers to prototype, test, and iterate quickly, and work directly with customers to gather feedback and validate impact.
