We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the next stage of development, as we continue to refine our product through customer feedback and internal innovation. About the Role As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with our AI platform. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive, functional interfaces that make complex AI interactions feel simple and natural for business users. You'll contribute to the core product development while also supporting client customizations, demos, web-based interactive training materials, and sales/marketing collateral. Responsibilities: Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for our B2B AI agent platform and client customizations Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts Develop and maintain static HTML/CSS prototypes and templates for implementation Collaborate with the larger design, product, and application teams to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions Work closely with front-end developers to ensure proper implementation of designs Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library Create design assets for marketing, sales, demos, and training materials Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the design process Stay current with UX best practices for enterprise software and AI interfaces Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field OR equivalent work experience OR an equivalent combination of both education and experience Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and UI execution for digital products Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Experience designing for B2B/enterprise applications Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles Proficiency with HTML/CSS for creating static prototypes Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design rationales Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and estimate deliverables Experience working in remote environments with distributed teams Desired Skills: Experience designing interfaces for AI or data-intensive applications Knowledge of version control systems (GitLab or GitHub) Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches Background in usability testing and iterative design processes Salary based on skills and experience THIA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to inclusion, diversity, and equity in the workplace.
