The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, and working with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, improving user experiences and streamlining business processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other team members to design, develop, and enhance user interfaces and experiences for applications. Lead the design and implementation of efficient and user-friendly UI/UX solutions. Integrate electronic signature solutions, such as DocuSign, into business workflows and applications. Participate in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Ensure UI/UX designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and platforms. Provide expert guidance on UX best practices and design principles. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design and functionality. Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in UI/UX development, with a strong portfolio of past work. Experience working with electronic signature platforms, particularly DocuSign. Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of additional Microsoft tools and platforms.
