Pay From $55 an hour Job type Full-time Shift and schedule 8 hour shift Weekends as needed Monday to Friday   Full job description The Opportunity We’re looking for a senior-level developer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of diffusion-based generative models running on NVIDIA’s new Grace Blackwell architecture. You’ll architect pipelines in Python, fine-tune Stable Diffusion models, and push the limits of large-scale inference on GB200-class hardware. If you thrive on building systems that move from a research notebook to petaflop-scale production, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Model R&D & Fine-Tuning – Fine-tune and evaluate Stable Diffusion (SDXL and beyond) for domain-specific image and video generation tasks. Grace Blackwell Enablement – Design and optimize training/inference workloads to exploit GB’s unified HBM and NVLink-C2C, Tensor RT-LLM, and DPX instruction set. Pythonic MLOps – Develop robust, test-covered Python code (3.10 +) for data prep, training orchestration (PyTorch 2 + Lightning, JAX/MaxDiffusion), and deployment. Performance Engineering – Profile kernels, tune CUDA graphs, and apply compiler-level optimizations (Triton, TVM) to reach SOTA throughput/latency. Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with product, design, and platform engineering to ship features; mentor junior ML engineers.
