Job Description: What you'll bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in Python web development
3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud based solutions
3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework
2+ years of experience working in a customer facing role
2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs
2+ years of experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space
Hands on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code) to accelerate delivery, simplify workflows and focus on high value problem solving
Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway and Lambda
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
