Job Description: powered solutions and configuring our platform with Python, MySQL and automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes, ensuring our AI enhanced systems deliver performance, reliability and impact. This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.

What you'll do
Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and extend our platform using Python and MySQL to deliver AI powered functionality
Partner with product management to launch secure, user friendly features that integrate intelligent automation and complex logic
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations and drive on time delivery
Thrive in an Agile environment with Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews and version control
Deliver on time projects based on the defined Statement of Work and communicate progress effectively with customers
Own the creation and maintenance of unit tests, focused on ensuring accuracy and system integrity
Leverage AI throughout the implementation process to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks and improve customer outcomes
