Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, as well as a commitment to best practices in software engineering.

Duties

Design and implement robust, scalable software applications using Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, and C#.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within Agile methodologies.
Utilize cloud services such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
Maintain version control using GitHub, SVN, and ensure proper documentation of code changes.
Engage in web development tasks including front-end development with JavaScript frameworks like React and Express.
Implement database solutions using MySQL, SQL, and ensure data integrity across applications.
Participate in the design of application architecture with an emphasis on security practices such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Experience

Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio showcasing projects completed using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C++, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Git for version control.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Linux environments and application deployment strategies on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Experience in developing web applications with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
