To support our continued growth, we’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of our technology and lead critical work on SiteStack, our next-generation SaaS platform. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our remote U.S.-based development team. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on modern front-end frameworks, clean architecture, and scalable system design. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to build high-quality solutions across the stack—while also mentoring others and shaping technical direction. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize modern full-stack applications using React.js, Redux, NodeJS, .NET Core, and PostgreSQL Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and QA to create high-performing, intuitive features Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring, and engineering discussions Apply software architecture principles, including Domain-Driven Design and event-driven services Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and performance monitoring Stay up to date on industry tools and trends, sharing best practices across the team Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with React (Redux strongly preferred) 4+ years working with modern C# and .NET Core 4+ years experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Experience as a senior contributor on distributed teams Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in complex business domains Hands-on experience with event sourcing Familiarity with deep neural networks or machine learning concepts Experience with the R programming language Exposure to GIS systems or spatial data modeling Experience with Selenium or other front-end automation tools Familiarity with Vite, ServiceStack, and modern CI/CD pipelines Prior mentorship or leadership of junior engineers Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must currently reside in the U.S. Application Requirements Please submit your resume along with a link to your GitHub, portfolio, or examples of relevant work.
