The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $225,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, but not location (within the US). The salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our total compensation package also includes: tokens + equity compensation, benefits, and eligibility to participate in the annual equity and token refresh grant programs.
