Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives on building high-quality, impactful products at an accelerated pace. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI development tools and intelligent automation to deliver features, improvements, and entire products with unprecedented speed and precision.
You’ll be expected to combine technical depth, creative problem-solving, and relentless execution to ensure we meet ambitious deadlines without sacrificing quality. You will own features from concept to deployment, continuously finding ways to harness AI-assisted workflows to push the boundaries of productivity, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications across the stack — from front-end interfaces to backend services.
● AI-Driven Workflows: Integrate AI agents into your development process for code generation, review, optimization, and deployment.
● Rapid Delivery: Execute on tight timelines without compromising quality, applying creative solutions to overcome blockers and meet launch commitments.
● Product Ownership: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate concepts into technical deliverables, and take full ownership from implementation to release.
● Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while using automated testing and monitoring tools to ensure reliability.
● Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities that enhance speed, quality, and developer productivity.
● Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions while maintaining alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications and Skills
● Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, ideally in SaaS or platform-based products.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue), backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and relational/non-relational databases.
● AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Tabnine) or AI frameworks — and a passion for experimenting with new AI development methods.
● Delivery Mindset: Proven ability to deliver high-quality code on aggressive timelines in fast-paced environments.
● Problem Solving: Strong debugging, performance optimization, and systems design skills.
● Collaboration: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities; comfortable working closely with product, design, and other engineers.
● Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adjust to changing priorities without slowing down.
