Collaborate with QA, Product, and Customer Support teams to assess, prioritize, and resolve customer-reported issues. Use diagnostic tools, logs, and data to identify root causes and implement scalable, sustainable fixes. Feature Enhancements & Product Evolution Work with product managers and stakeholders to scope, design, and implement enhancements and new features. Contribute to the continuous improvement of UI/UX across applications using modern front-end frameworks. Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability of enhancements. Third-party Integrations Lead the integration of external services and tools into our applications, including APIs, authentication providers, and data platforms. Ensure third-party dependencies are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with performance and compatibility requirements. Performance & Stability Optimization Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve application performance and system stability. Conduct performance benchmarking, profiling, and optimization at both code and infrastructure levels. Contribute to a proactive stability roadmap, helping prevent issues before they reach end users. Agile Software Development Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development team. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with UI/UX, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless product development and release. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s Degree preferred). 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development with emphasis on debugging, enhancements, and support. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment delivering high-quality software in iterative sprints.
