Full job description
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of Sentris®, a leading data labeling and access control platform. This is a remote position.


This candidate will be directly supporting the Commercial Software & Services team, a centralized, cohesive organization focused on building new and refining existing software products to enhance our competitive strategy and work across the full software development lifecycle—designing, building, testing, and refining features that address real-world user needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using C# and .NET technologies
Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural discussions
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in C# for building both web and desktop applications.
Proven experience developing applications with modern .NET (Core) and legacy .NET Framework.
Experience with ASP.NET and front-end technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, using a modern framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
Familiarity with Office Interop for developing and maintaining Microsoft Office add-ins.
Hands-on experience with modern development tools including Visual Studio Code, Git, and GitLab.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks and working knowledge of Node.js for server-side development.
Experience incorporating AI/ML features into .NET applications.
Hands-on experience with Python for scripting or application development.
Experience building desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
Experience developing and deploying .NET applications to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with LINQPad for querying, prototyping, and testing.
Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Experience in database technologies such as SQL Server.

Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
