The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building performant, secure, and scalable applications in Rust and the ability to contribute immediately to active development projects. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Florida or within the Eastern Time Zone, with occasional travel to our Jupiter, FL office. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust Build cross-platform desktop applications utilizing Tauri 2.0 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers using React Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Contribute to architectural design and system improvements Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience using Rust Proficiency with Tauri 2.0 (required) Experience working with or integrating React frontend applications (preferred) Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills U.S. Citizen and currently residing in Florida Ability to travel to Jupiter, FL as needed Must be able to start immediately Availability to work Monday–Friday, standard business hours (Eastern Time) Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract Benefits: Work-from-home flexibility On-the-job training and professional development opportunities Collaborative, innovative team culture Additional Information We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all qualified candidates.
