Mandatory skills:

React.JS, MongoDB, Node.JS , (HTML or CSS or Javascript) and (Express or Redux)

13 to 15 years of experience MERN stack developer must have proven experience in front & back-end development

ReactJS NodeJS developer must know MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React.
Production experience with modern client-side web framework such as React
Working knowledge of Redux, or other state management frameworks
Advanced knowledge of NodeJS, Express
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.)
Ability to create responsive UI components for high-performance and scalability.
Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS/LESS.
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
Experience with unit testing using frameworks such as Karma, Mocha.js, Jasmine.
Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Software Development Process methodologies.
Experience with backend data / API integration using JSON and RESTful web services.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
