This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering background, deep expertise in Python, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust backend solutions.     JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Architect, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software. Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable microservices. Requirements REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services. Exposure to Azure OpenAI and AI/ML integration. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and workflows. Working knowledge of Java for cross-platform or legacy system integration. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
