Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, as well as integrating them into production environments.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications.
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for various use cases.
Collaborate with data scientists to implement and optimize algorithms.
Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and products.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Develop APIs and data pipelines for model deployment.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability for production workloads.
Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Python software development.
Proven experience in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
Experience with data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.
Understanding of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
