Develop at least three reusable components for the Limebox code library
Achieve a 90%+ success rate in accurately estimating development effort
Begin improving development processes
YOU EXCEL AT

Technical Implementation: Writing efficient, maintainable SuiteScript solutions that solve complex business problems
Problem Analysis: Identifying the root cause of issues and developing effective solutions
Practical Development: Balancing technical elegance with business requirements and timelines

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL DRAW FROM

5+ years of NetSuite development experience
Expert-level SuiteScript 2.x skills (Client, Server, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, RESTlets)
Strong knowledge of NetSuite platform capabilities (Workflows, Custom Records/Fields/Forms, Saved Searches)
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and version control systems
Experience with NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV)
Understanding of core ERP/Accounting/CRM processes
