Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to support the refactoring of two critical platform solutions—Event Management and eBonding—supporting a multi-billion-dollar federal program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and automation with Temporal, as well as experience with Postgres, RabbitMQ (or Kafka), and modern DevOps practices.

This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for a hands-on developer who thrives in designing scalable, resilient, and secure systems that drive performance and automation excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of relevant software development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Golang.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, automation, and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Temporal, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Redis, Memcached.
Experience integrating platforms like SolarWinds and custom IBM applications.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
