About the Role As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and lead the development of Dietitian Live’s core technical infrastructure — building scalable, compliant systems that connect our current tools (Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Paylocity, DrChrono, and Ramp) into a unified data warehouse. You’ll establish frameworks that will eventually power Dietitian Live’s proprietary EHR platform. This role combines technical depth, architectural vision, and hands-on leadership. Responsibilities Architect, design, and lead development of Dietitian Live’s integrated technology stack. Build and maintain secure APIs linking our CRM, EHR, payroll, and financial systems. Define the technical roadmap for future in-house EHR and data warehouse capabilities. Lead code standards, design reviews, and mentor mid-level engineers. Oversee infrastructure scalability, performance, and data security standards. Implement HIPAA and SOC-2 aligned frameworks across all applications.
