Full job description
This position transitions from volunteer to paid work. We can only offer the above monthly amount for the first three months. This role is ideal for a consultant with an interest in social impact or for a recent graduate seeking to build experience.

We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer with expert-level experience in WordPress to support the development of a complex crowdfunding software platform. This is not a basic website project — we are building a robust system that requires advanced coding skills, API integration, and payment processing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop dynamic frontend features using React.js
Customize and build WordPress themes and plugins
Integrate secure, scalable payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Collaborate with our internal team to deliver clean, efficient code
Ensure system performance, responsiveness, and platform security
Requirements:

Proven experience as a full-stack developer
Advanced proficiency in React.js
Expert knowledge of WordPress development, including theme/plugin customization and API integration
Experience with complex web applications, especially in crowdfunding or donation platforms
Hands-on experience with payment system integration
Must be available to begin immediately
Strong communication and accountability
