Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving the modernization and enhancement of our enterprise-grade applications by bridging legacy Microsoft environments with cutting-edge, cloud-ready, and user-centric web solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Microsoft development ecosystem, including .NET, C# , and SQL Server, alongside strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of our technology stack, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers, all while delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Responsibilities
Architecting and optimizing database schemas and queries to ensure high
performance and scalability.
Developing and consuming RESTful APIs and services to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
 Mentoring and guiding junior developers to foster professional growth and maintain a high-performing development team.
Leading efforts to modernize legacy Microsoft stacks, transitioning applications to modern .NET Core and cloud-native architectures.
Advocating for best practices in security, performance optimization, and user experience throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
ASP.NET Core: Strong experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the ASP.NET Core framework.

SQL Server: Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
