We’re looking for a senior-level engineer who can architect, build, and maintain full stack applications that directly power those operations. This is not a junior or mid-level role. We need someone who has led technical initiatives, made system-level decisions, and shipped production-ready software at scale. You’ll join a sharp, fast-moving team where autonomy is expected and impact is visible. You’ll work with modern Java backend, frontend frameworks like React with TypeScript, and real-time operational data from warehouse management systems and APIs like EasyPost. The systems you build will directly affect how our customers move temperature-sensitive goods across the country. What You’ll Do Build and maintain full stack features using Java and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript) Architect scalable systems and help set development standards Integrate with third-party APIs (like EasyPost) and internal tools Work with real-time operational data from scanners, WMS, and IoT sources Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to shape technical direction Participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and unblock others Contribute to sprint planning, technical roadmap, and system design discussions What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years of full stack experience building modern, production-grade systems Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices Strong frontend experience in JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue Comfort with SQL and NoSQL databases, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Self-directed and able to own end-to-end project delivery Bonus Points If You Have Experience with real-time or event-driven systems Worked with WMS, ERP, or logistics-related systems Integrated with APIs like EasyPost, ShipEngine, or similar Led the rollout of complex features or infrastructure changes Built live dashboards, scan-based systems, or inventory tools Location This is a remote role.
