Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) for backend development, React.js for frontend, and PostgreSQL for database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python with Django or FastAPI.
Develop RESTful & GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend integration.
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
Work with PostgreSQL to design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, or SSO.
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best coding practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and participate in agile development cycles.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and technical insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) for backend development.
Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Context API).
Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and database design.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Firebase).
Prior experience in agile methodologies.
