Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote)

Job Type: Contract (W2 preferred)

Location: Remote (U.S. based only)

Pay Rate: $53–$60/hr (W2)

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a well-known social media and content-sharing platform. This is a contract role with potential for long-term conversion to full-time based on performance. If you enjoy building high-scale applications, experimenting with A/B testing, and working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using TypeScript and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing and implementing new features and experiments (A/B testing).
Contribute to building and maintaining GraphQL APIs and UI components.
Work in an agile development environment with iterative releases and continuous feedback.
Translate product requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Qualifications:

5–8 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
Expertise in TypeScript.
Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, LIT, Vue, Angular, etc.).
Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and responsive design principles.
Experience with GraphQL and understanding of RESTful APIs.
Prior experience with A/B testing, hypothesis development, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced settings with a self-starter mindset.
Nice to Have:

Experience with backend technologies such as Go or Python.
Understanding of API protocols such as Thrift or gRPC.
Additional Details:

Remote work only; EST working hours preferred.
W2 candidates highly preferred for long-term conversion potential.
