�� Senior Front End Engineer | Lead UX & React Innovation | Remote (US Timezones) | $170K–$190K + Equity

We’re seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to lead UX development and scale high-performance React applications. This is a technical leadership role in a remote-first, early-stage startup with a mission to transform healthcare workflows using cutting-edge AI.

What You’ll Do:
Own the design, development, and deployment of responsive, dynamic user interfaces.
Guide the transition from React Web React Native.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable front-end solutions.
Collaborate with backend teams integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Take projects from concept to production and optimize for thousands of daily users.

Who You Are:
8+ years of front-end experience with a track record of delivering commercial-grade solutions.
Expert in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and responsive design principles.
Experience in B2B workflows or high-traffic SaaS platforms.
Thrives in remote, asynchronous environments and proactive in problem-solving.
Excited to lead and shape front-end architecture at an early-stage startup.
