What you’ll do

Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teammates to create thoughtful solutions for both workers and businesses

Design and build new features across the stack, from data models and APIs to user interfaces

Help shape the technical, cultural, and operational foundations of the company as we continue to grow

What we’re looking for

Proficiency in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with a collaborative mindset and openness to learning across the stack

Initiative and accountability: you’re comfortable taking ownership and following through

A desire to deeply understand our users and the problems they face

A growth mindset and interest in continuous learning

Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and listen well
