Role Description & Mission: Agero is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to spearhead the development of secure cloud infrastructure and optimize our cloud application operations. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in automating all manual tasks, from code build and deployment to data processing, establishing robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) frameworks. You'll serve as a crucial liaison between our application development and infrastructure teams, leveraging cloud APIs to significantly enhance system performance and stability monitoring. A key part of your contribution will involve driving troubleshooting efforts across multiple applications and creating comprehensive runbooks for repeatable tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Key Outcomes: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation: Defining, provisioning, and managing cloud infrastructure using code; automating repetitive tasks.  Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Implementing pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment. Monitoring and Logging: Establishing systems to track application and infrastructure performance, and setting up alerts.  Security and Compliance: Ensuring infrastructure and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.  Collaboration and Communication: Facilitating smooth collaboration between development and operations teams, and with other stakeholders.
