Senior Backend Software Developer (Remote) 80k-100k

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Software Developer who specializes in back-end architecture and development using C#, SQL, Linq SQL, API development, SSL/TLS security, authentication methodologies, and IIS administration. The ideal candidate will design robust backend solutions, optimize database performance, integrate secure RESTful APIs, and implement best practices for application scalability and security. Front-end experience with Angular, Blazor, and Radzen would also be beneficial. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, develop, and optimize backend systems and databases using C#, SQL, Linq SQL, and related technologies.
Develop and manage secure RESTful APIs, emphasizing scalability, SSL/TLS security, and strong authentication practices.
Ensure robust backend architecture that supports responsive and scalable applications.
Perform comprehensive database design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior developers through structured code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing.
Manage source control effectively with GIT, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve technical objectives.
Qualifications:

8+ years of professional backend development experience, with deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL, and Linq SQL.
Proven track record in backend architecture design, API integration, SSL/TLS security implementation, authentication protocols, and IIS administration.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
Strong skills in database optimization, query performance, indexing, and overall database management.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a focus on backend efficiency and optimization.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Blazor, and Radzen.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
Experience with workflow management tools like Moxo, Trello, or Sampro.
Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
Practical experience implementing DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
